Vicki DaBreo (nee Wilson) is the creator, founder and sole owner of inneract which serves individuals, companies and entrepreneurs’ of all sorts. inneract specializes in most soft skill areas, using blended learning techniques, otherwise referred to as coaching and training.
She commenced her training and coaching business after 20 odd years of progressive roles with one of Canada's leading financial institutions; roles in Human Resources, Sales, Sales Management, Training and Coaching. She then moved on to the private sector where she held the role of Vice President of National Sales & Marketing of a GE Capital business.
Vicki's highly rated workshops, with commendable testimonials, are a strong validation to her abilities, energy and effective facilitation skills. She specializes in coaching individuals on building Confidence; how to survive and thrive in stressful environments; and the ins and outs of effective Leadership through Communication Effectiveness and Emotional Intelligence. Another area of expertise is coaching corporations through a road map to successful creation, implementation and evaluation of a Mentoring program.

Vicki also has a highly reputable and longstanding professional relationship and faculty status with organizations such as DBM (Career Transition Services), the Canadian Management Centre (CMC) Humber College where she delivers several programs and key notes within their portfolio.
Vicki was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she attended St. Mary's University for her B.Comm. She is a Langevin certified trainer/facilitator, a Certified Coach through CCF, and attended St. FX University for her Adult Education. As well as being certified as an EQi® and an Emotional Power™ coach, she is also a certified broadcaster and her most recent achievement is her certification in a program called The Three Conversations of Leadership through IHHP.
In addition, Vicki contributes her somewhat limited spare time to several voluntary organizations such as: HOPE (Helping Other People Everywhere), where she is a founding member, past president and president and active member for the past 18 years. She is a past President and active board member in the Toronto Don Mills Rotary Club.
She is an avid runner which serves a dual purpose of helping her maintain a well balanced body, mind and spirit, as well as keeping a well exercised and healthy German Shepard dog.

Janet MacPhee is a facilitator, coach, and consultant who helps both individuals and organizations optimize their performance. She has over 17 years of corporate organizational development experience, including areas such as assessment, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, team development and employee relations. Janet has worked for a diverse range of industry sectors, including retail, manufacturing, and service organizations.
Janet enjoys a variety of work assignments, including utilizing various assessment tools to enable individuals to attain greater insights into their strengths and potential development areas. One particular assessment tool, the Attentional and Interpersonal Style inventory measures different concentration skills, personal and interpersonal attributes that are the building blocks of performance. Additionally, she provides coaching and consulting services to the outplacement industry to help individuals take hold of their career direction and identify next steps.
During her corporate career, Janet is particularly proud of being able to facilitate and coach individuals at all levels of organizations, from unionized, shop-floor employees to Presidents and Senior Management teams. Along with Janet’s learning and development experience, she has also spearheaded and implemented a competency assessment process that included creating competency profiles, facilitating 360° feedback assessments, and developing individualized development plans. She has partnered with leaders in a variety of positions to help them gain clarity and increased focus in their work, while strengthening their leadership abilities.
As her role of Co-Chair with the Caledon Parent-Child/Ontario Early Years Centre, Janet is able to be part of a dynamic Board as well as give back to her community. She enjoys the sense of fulfillment of being able to provide much needed services to young children. Janet spends time with her two young boys and is known for her time spent volunteering at her children’s school. She is a firm believer that children are a constant reminder of the learning potential in all of us.
Janet holds Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Education and is an Adler Certified Professional Coach. Her passion is to enthusiastically connect with individuals to help them develop to their fullest potential.
Jan Medland is a human resources consultant and performance coach. As an HR professional, Jan offers her clients a broad array of services such as human resource planning, recruiting, and performance management. Her specialization is organizational development and this encompasses: organizational culture, employee engagement, change management, leadership development, team building, training, and performance coaching. Working with coaching clients to support their achievement of personal and professional goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of Jan’s work.
Prior to starting her practice, Jan worked within the financial services industry in a variety of roles including branch management and consulting to Director Training and Education and Vice-President Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness.
A life long learner, Jan completed her MBA in 1993, achieved train-the-trainer designations for the CUBDS Service and Sales and Achieve Leadership programs, and continues to attend various seminars and conferences to stay current within her field. More recently, Jan graduated from the Adler School of Professional Coaching, and she received the designation of Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, as well as, credentials to deliver the Adler Workplace Coaching Program – Positive Change: Leader as Coach.
Bringing a coaching approach to all of her work, Jan’s clients build on their strengths to achieve enhanced performance and professional fulfillment.
